The spring meeting 2008 took place from 3 to 4 April in Uppsala (Sweden).
The meeting established rules for the accpetance of new members, for the participation at EFOS-meetings and the restitution of travel expenses.
Eight UTAs have applied for a financial contribution for the project "Virtual European Cultural Centre" (VECU) from the Grundtvig "Learning Partnerships" programme of the EU.
